Deutsche R\u00fcckversicherung and V\u00f6V R\u00fcckversicherung have commissioned Apleona Real Estate Management with the property management of 20 existing commercial and mixed-use properties throughout Germany.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These comprise a total of 45,000 m\u00b2 of office space, 35,000 m\u00b2 of commercial space, and 13,000 m\u00b2 of residential rental space. A large portion of the properties managed, also including roughly 140 residential units, are in North Rhine-Westphalia. The contract was signed as of January 1, 2023 for three years with the option of renewal.<\/p>\n

In addition to traditional commercial property management, tenant support in the properties, and re-letting and new letting, there is a key focus on providing technical support for the properties. The high quality and value of the properties is to be preserved by means of stringent planning, management, and monitoring of regular servicing and expert inspections as well as the performance of continuous maintenance measures. To this end, Apleona Real Estate Management also uses digital solutions with its technical property managers. For example, the Apleona AquA app tracks servicing, safety inspections, and warranty periods for all technical equipment in the buildings in digital and mobile form on site, efficiently and with maximum transparency for the customer.<\/p>\n

In the ongoing startup phase, the gradual implementation of ESG and energy-saving measures in the portfolio under management is currently being examined together with the customer.<\/p>\n
