With this transaction, Apleona Wolfferts is strengthening Apleona&#8217;s Building Technology division and significantly expanding its range of technical systems and its presence in the southwest region of Germany. The existing management team will continue to run the company and be available as the first point of contact for customers.<\/p>\n<p>Air for All is a well-known provider of installation and maintenance services for ventilation, air conditioning and smoke extraction systems in South-West Germany and possesses specific expertise in the area of cleanrooms and laboratories. Its business activities are focused on customers in the industry, automotive and healthcare sectors. The company\u2019s 60-strong workforce mainly comprises technicians and specialists for ventilation and air conditioning technology.<\/p>\n<p>The CEO of Apleona Wolfferts, Horst Kever, commented on the acquisition: \u201cAir for All is an established regional provider of ventilation and air conditioning technology in South-West Germany with an excellent reputation, an impressive customer base and highly qualified employees.
