Patrizia has commissioned Apleona Real Estate Management to handle property management for a nationwide residential portfolio of 92 properties, totaling around 6,700 residential units. The agreed services include commercial and technical property management, property accounting, and also letting for part of the portfolio.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The property sizes in the portfolio managed by Apleona range from one to 310 residential units and are primarily located in the urban centers of Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Munich. The construction years of the various residential properties span from 1902 to 2021.<\/p>\n

The management of all internal and external service providers, as well as reporting to the client, is handled through a central key account management team in D\u00fcsseldorf. The operational management of the properties and tenants is handled by Apleona Real Estate Management’s residential specialists through regional branches in Berlin, Hamburg, Bielefeld, D\u00fcsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Munich. The commercial administration (service charge settlement, property accounting) is handled by the corresponding Center of Excellence of Apleona Real Estate Management in Warsaw.<\/p>\n
