Apleona acquires a multi-technical services provider in Denmark

• With around 600 employees, Andersen & Heegaard provides multi-technical maintenance and installation services throughout Denmark, including energy optimization and decarbonization of buildings as well as heat pump technology.

• Acquisition enables local growth as an integrated facility manager and strengthens Apleona’s international self-delivery platform for transregional clients.

Apleona, a European market leader in integrated facility management based in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main, signed an agreement on July 3, 2026, to acquire Andersen & Heegaard A/S.

Andersen & Heegaard is a large Danish technical services company headquartered near Copenhagen. The company has a workforce of approximately 600 employees at ten locations in major cities throughout Denmark, thereof 450 technicians. The long-established company, whose roots date back to 1828 offers comprehensive technical services in the areas of electrical systems, plumbing (VVS), fire protection, heating, ventilation and cooling as well as energy optimization and decarbonization of buildings including heat pump technology. Andersen & Heegaard serves a diversified blue-chip customer base from different industries and public clients.

The acquisition of Andersen & Heegaard represents a significant development in Apleona’s strategy to expand its European self-delivery platform as an integrated facility manager with a strong footprint in technical services and decarbonization of existing buildings in Denmark and other North European markets.
