Apleona has acquired Morrison Facilities Services, which has approx. 300 specialists working across six locations in Scotland and England. This acquisition will further enhance public sector capabilities as well as local presence.
Apleona, a European market leader in integrated facility management based in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt (Main), signed an agreement at the end of December 2025 to enter into a strategic partnership with Tim Kelly Group headquartered in County Mayo, Ireland.

Apleona, a leading European integrated facilities management company based in Neu-Isenburg, near Frankfurt am Main, has acquired Corrigenda, a technical facility management company based in Fareham, Hampshire. The transaction closed on 1 August 2025.
Germany’s leading bank, Deutsche Bank, has extended its partnership with Apleona with an agreement until 31 December 2029. The portfolio comprises approximately 825 properties and locations in Germany and Luxembourg. It ranges from the famous towers in Frankfurt, Deutsche Bank’s headquarters, to branches and locations with ATMs, including those of Deutsche Bank’s Postbank brand.
The German market for facility services continues to grow, albeit not as strongly as in previous years. In the 2024 financial year, the 25 leading service providers in terms of domestic turnover grew by an average of 7.8 percent. In the previous year, 2023, growth was still at 11.8 percent.
Apleona is expected to provide all technical and infrastructural facility management services for DHL Group properties and sites in Germany from 1 May. In total, the contract covers a Germany-wide portfolio of more than 3,700 buildings and more than 15,000 Packstations (pick-up locations). The two companies have signed a ten-year contract to this effect.
Apleona’s stated aim is to expand its market-leading position as an integrated facility management company in Europe. In addition to growth in Germany and abroad, the company’s continuous development and professionalisation in the areas of innovation, digitalisation and decarbonisation of buildings (“Green Real Estate”) are crucial to achieving this.
