Apleona is taking over Siemens Gebäudemanagement & -Services, a hard services company in Austria with sales of some EUR 75 million.
The takeover speeds up Apleona’s growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of the 2nd quarter.
