Apleona acquires Combined Technical Solutions Limited (“CTS”), a London and Manchester based multi-technical facilities management services provider with recognised Mechanical & Electrical (“M&E”) capabilities and well-diversified Professional Services customer base.

Following a Europe-wide tender, Münchner Flughafen GmbH has commissioned Apleona with providing hard services for buildings and technical facilities at Munich Airport. A corresponding agreement has been signed for three years until the end of 2025. There is the option to extend it for one year.

Uniper Kraftwerke GmbH has commissioned Apleona with maintaining and inspecting turbines, generator systems, water transportation systems, power distribution and all technical building installations at its hydropower plants and weirs in Germany.

Deutsche Fußball-Bund e. V. (DFB), together with its energy contracting partner Mainova AG, has commissioned the real estate service provider Apleona with the operation and integrated facility management of the new DFB campus in Frankfurt, which is almost completed.
