The company strengthens Apleona Wolfferts’ building technology Group division and adds fire protection systems such as fire extinguishing systems to its portfolio.
Apleona, a leading European provider of integrated facility management based in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main, has acquired Air for All, based in Gerlingen near Stuttgart, as of January 2, 2024. With this transaction, Apleona Wolfferts is strengthening Apleona’s Building Technology division and significantly expanding its range of technical systems and its presence in the southwest region of Germany. The existing management team will continue to run the company and be available as the first point of contact for customers.
Raphael Rehbronn will join the Management Board of Apleona Real Estate Management in Germany as COO on October 1, 2023. He will also be responsible for the business unit’s central region.
