Apleona, a leading European provider of integrated facility management based in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main, has acquired Air for All, based in Gerlingen near Stuttgart, as of January 2, 2024. With this transaction, Apleona Wolfferts is strengthening Apleona’s Building Technology division and significantly expanding its range of technical systems and its presence in the southwest region of Germany. The existing management team will continue to run the company and be available as the first point of contact for customers.

Apleona acquire a stake in Eastway, a specialist in data-driven, predictive maintenance and AI-based monitoring of assets in building operations active in the US and Europe.

Rapid integration of both companies set to enable further, strong organic growth – Hiring planned in all operational trades.
Further M&A activities in Germany and rest of Europe planned.
Expertise in ESG, decarbonization, energy management and building digitalization to be further expanded.

The German Institute for Federal Real Estate (BImA) has commissioned Apleona to provide hard services, including the assumption of operator duties, for the headquarters of the German Federal Office of Agriculture and Food (BLE) in Mehlem, just outside Bonn.
