Patrizia has commissioned Apleona Real Estate Management to handle property management for a nationwide residential portfolio of 92 properties, totaling around 6,700 residential units.

Apleona Wolfferts, a leading provider of building technology in Germany, with its headquarters in Cologne, acquired the Diehl Group, which specializes in technical building systems and services, as of May 22, 2024. This will further strengthen the Building Technology division at Apleona, a leading European provider of integrated facility management, and significantly expand the local presence and the range of technical trades for decarbonizing the building stock and implementing the energy transition.

With this acquisition, Apleona is now the number one integrated FM company with a self-delivering model in Ireland.

Apleona, a leading European provider of integrated facility management based in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main, has acquired Air for All, based in Gerlingen near Stuttgart, as of January 2, 2024. With this transaction, Apleona Wolfferts is strengthening Apleona’s Building Technology division and significantly expanding its range of technical systems and its presence in the southwest region of Germany. The existing management team will continue to run the company and be available as the first point of contact for customers.

Apleona acquire a stake in Eastway, a specialist in data-driven, predictive maintenance and AI-based monitoring of assets in building operations active in the US and Europe.
