Prologis, a global company that owns, operates and develops logistics properties, has commissioned Apleona to provide technical facility management for a portfolio with 35 logistics properties in Germany.
Apleona acquires Combined Technical Solutions Limited (“CTS”), a London and Manchester based multi-technical facilities management services provider with recognised Mechanical & Electrical (“M&E”) capabilities and well-diversified Professional Services customer base.
Apleona acquires FM Solutions Sp z o.o., a leading independent technical facilities management company, headquartered in Krakow, and with a strong presence in the South of Poland.
Following a Europe-wide tender, Münchner Flughafen GmbH has commissioned Apleona with providing hard services for buildings and technical facilities at Munich Airport. A corresponding agreement has been signed for three years until the end of 2025. There is the option to extend it for one year.
The world-leading supplier of stainless steel kegs for the beverage industry, Blefa GmbH, has commissioned Apleona with hard services, maintenance, operation, and production-related services for its manufacturing and administrative site near Siegen.
Uniper Kraftwerke GmbH has commissioned Apleona with maintaining and inspecting turbines, generator systems, water transportation systems, power distribution and all technical building installations at its hydropower plants and weirs in Germany.
Trei Real Estate GmbH (Trei) has commissioned Apleona Real Estate Management with the commercial and technical property management of two of its residential and commercial properties in Berlin, which are still under construction.
Deutsche Fußball-Bund e. V. (DFB), together with its energy contracting partner Mainova AG, has commissioned the real estate service provider Apleona with the operation and integrated facility management of the new DFB campus in Frankfurt, which is almost completed.
Apleona Wolfferts has been commissioned to provide heating, cooling, ventilation and fire safety for the latest expansion stage of parcel service provider United Parcel Service (UPS)’s freight and transshipment center at Cologne Bonn Airport.
Apleona is taking over Siemens Gebäudemanagement & -Services, a hard services company in Austria with sales of some EUR 75 million.
The takeover speeds up Apleona’s growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of the 2nd quarter.
